The platform is operated by Quantika Research LLC, a company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States («Quantika»). You can reach us at soporte@quantikaresearch.com.

Quantika is a software platform providing quantitative analysis tools and educational content on financial markets. Its features include strategy calculators, probabilistic models, financial statement analysis, portfolio tracking and learning material.

All content and output generated by the platform is informational and educational. Its purpose is to give you better tools for making your own decisions.

Quantika is not, and must not be understood as:

• An investment adviser. We do not issue personalised recommendations and do not assess whether any transaction is suitable for your particular circumstances.
• A broker-dealer or intermediary. We do not execute orders, have no access to your brokerage accounts, and take no part in any transaction you carry out.
• A wealth manager. We do not hold, administer or have access to client funds.
• A regulated entity. Quantika is not registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or with any other securities supervisory authority.

No output, figure, chart or text on the platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell. Investment decisions are yours and your sole responsibility.

Access to the platform is restricted and may require an invitation, prior approval or identity verification. We reserve the right to grant, deny or revoke access at our discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal and non-transferable: you may not share, assign or resell them.

When using the platform, you agree NOT to:

• Extract data by automated means through crawlers, bots or any scraping technique, or access the programming interfaces other than through the platform itself.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or make available to third parties the content, data or output obtained.
• Decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, formulas or model logic.
• Circumvent access controls, usage limits or any technical restriction.
• Use the platform for unlawful activity, or to provide advisory services to third parties presented as your own.

The platform, its code, design, models, documentation, trademarks and all educational content are owned by Quantika or used under licence. Your access grants you a personal, limited, revocable and non-exclusive right of use, which transfers no ownership.

Third-party market data, company names, trademarks and logos that may appear belong to their respective owners, are shown for informational purposes, and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, included features and billing frequency are stated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from the following billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access until the end of the period already paid for.

The platform is provided «as is» and «as available». We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that the data shown is accurate, complete or updated in real time.

Some information comes from external sources and may contain delays, gaps or inaccuracies outside our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantika shall not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, losses arising from investment decisions, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total aggregate liability, on any basis, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms. We will publish the revised version on this page with its update date and, where changes are substantial, notify you by reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force.
