• Account data: email address, name and access credentials, needed to create and identify your account.
• Verification data: where access requires it, the information you provide to evidence your identity.
• Content you create: watchlists, notes, recorded positions and interface settings.
• Billing data: if you take out a subscription, the data needed to process payment. Cards are handled directly by the payment provider; Quantika does not store full card numbers.
• Aggregate technical data: pages visited, approximate country, device type and referral source, without persistent identifiers that would let us recognise you on later visits.

• To provide the service: authenticate your access, save your work and show you your own data.
• To maintain security: detect unauthorised access, abuse and prohibited automated use.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.
• Operational communications: service notices, material changes or replies to your enquiries.
• To improve the platform, using aggregate information that does not identify you.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes and we do not build commercial profiles.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you requested), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and functional. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it beforehand.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers necessary to operate: site hosting and delivery, database, user authentication, email delivery and payment processing. These providers act on our behalf, under our instructions and subject to confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information where required by a legal obligation or a competent authority.

Our systems and those of our providers are located primarily in the United States. If you access from another country, your data will be processed there. We apply the contractual safeguards required under applicable law.

We keep your account data for as long as the account remains active. If you request deletion, we will erase or anonymise the information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting obligations or to defend against claims.

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability in machine-readable format. To exercise them, write to soporte@quantikaresearch.com from the address linked to your account. We will respond within the periods set by applicable law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, per-user access control, credential separation and storage of secrets in dedicated systems. No system is entirely invulnerable, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The platform is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we identify an account belonging to a minor, we will delete it.
