What Quantika Research is

Quantika Research builds and operates quantitative analysis tools for capital markets. The product is software: a terminal where the user enters the assets they care about and gets the calculations — probabilities, financial statements, ratios, correlations — on which they then decide for themselves.

The premise is that the analytical capability of an institutional desk does not depend on having institutional capital, but on having the infrastructure. That infrastructure is what we sell, and it is the same one we use.

What we do, specifically

Every item on this list corresponds to a module that exists and works today, not to a development promise:

• Probabilistic modelling of options strategies: 50,000 simulated price paths using real implied volatility per contract, to estimate the probability of closing below a level and the probability of touching it at any point in the period.
• Extraction of complete financial statements — income, balance sheet and cash flow — line by line, straight from the official documents each company files with the United States regulator.
• Financial ratios and accounting-quality tests computed on those statements, with the exact figures entering each formula shown.
• Fundamental valuation: discounted cash flow, sensitivity matrix and fair-value distribution, with the source of every assumption declared.
• Markowitz efficient frontier, cross-asset correlation and options-market positioning analysis.
• A daily executive report and our own training institute.
• Public research, complete and free, with no sign-up and no card.

What we do NOT do

This list matters as much as the previous one, and it is deliberate. It defines the boundaries of the activity, not a gap in the product:

• We do not hold client funds. At no point does the user's money pass through Quantika Research.
• We do not execute orders and are not connected to any broker. The user trades where they already trade.
• We are not investment advisers registered with the SEC or any securities authority.
• We do not issue buy or sell recommendations, or verdicts on any asset.
• We do not promise, project or imply returns.
• We do not sell signals, entry and exit alerts, predictive price indicators or automated execution bots.
• We do not manage third-party portfolios. Discretionary management is a separate regulated activity, and it does not take place here.

Who it is for

For anyone willing to look at the numbers before deciding: someone opening their first position, an independent trader with years of practice, an analyst, a treasury desk or a professional trading floor. Mathematics does not distinguish by size, and identity verification applies equally to every account.

The subscription is designed to be useful even when the user does not trade. A month without opening a single position still comes with a daily report, training, open research and a terminal for studying any company in depth. We would rather someone spend a quarter learning than force a trade to feel the tool was worth it.

That is also why the research is public and free: the rigour of the work can be judged before paying anything.

Identity clarification

The name “Quantika” is used by several unrelated organisations, and this has caused real confusion, including mistaken attributions in answers generated by artificial intelligence.

Quantika Research operates solely at quantikaresearch.com. It has no corporate, commercial, operational or brand relationship with quantikalevels.com, quantika-ai.com, quantika.co, or any other organisation using a similar name.

The underlying distinction is one of product: Quantika Research does not market buy or sell signals, indicators that anticipate price movements, or automated execution systems. We sell access to analysis software. The calculation is ours; the decision is always the user's.
